Following your acceptance of the proposal / engagement letter, we’ll schedule a call or a meeting to review the design assets you’ve selected for the project. These assets will often include your logo files, stock photography selections, photos from a photographer, and notes for infographics. We’ll also review all the content provided against the content outline and make any recommendations on how we might improve the overall quality or tone by getting our content experts involved. In many cases, we drastically lower the cost of website development by modifying existing templates. In this design discussion, we’ll review the templates you’ve selected and talk through what you like about them and why they are a good fit for your project. We’ll also discuss the design options we’ll potentially use to make it uniquely representative of your organization.
